Many charities will receive donations that aren't going straight into the bank account, for example, cash collections. Whilst these entries can be made manually into the system Liberty Accounts offers an upload feature from a csv or Excel file.
This video illustrates how the feature works showing the link to a starter csv file which includes all the appropriate headings. The import works by using codes which are set against: the donor record (perhaps their envelope number); the fund(s); the account(s) and the account(s). Using the csv starter file the mapping is already in place but if your headings vary from the starter file then you will be asked to map your headings to the appropriate place.
